Landlord's reports.

bulletLandlord's have a responsibility to ensure their Gas Appliances, in rented accommodation are checked for safety once a year by a registered Gas Installer.
bulletThe Regulations require the Landlord to keep a record in respect of the appliances to which that duty extends. The record must include -
bulletThe date of inspection.
bulletAny defect(s) identified.
bulletThe remedial action taken.

If you are a Landlord wanting this service, contact ADVANCE HEATING and we'll be pleased to carry out the safety checks in accordance with the regulations and issue a report. Remedial work if found to be necessary can either be carried out by ADVANCE HEATING or another registered Gas Installer.
